PLAYERS FROM 25 DIFFERENT COUNTRIES WILL PLAY AT VILLA DE EL ESPINAR 2018 TOURNAMENT

The 2018 “Open Castilla y León Villa de El Espinar 2018”, that includes an ATP Challenger $100.000 + hospitality and an ITF women $25000, starts on Monday, July, the 30th 2018.

 

Between both draws there are players from more than 25 different countries. 

 

Also, there are ATP and ITF Women’s pro circuit winners and Davis Cup and Fed Cup  players.

Ukranian tennis player Sergiy Stakhovsky (120º ATP) and Spanish tennis player Paula Badosa (172º WTA) are both first seeds on each draw.

 

The “Open Castilla y León – Villa de El Espinar” is one of the most prestigious ATP Challenger in the world.

Some of the tournament champions are names like Rafael Nadal, Juan Martín del Potro, Roger Federer (doubles), Feliciano López, Fernando Verdasco, Radek Stepanek or Sergi Bruguera. Also, on El Espinar courts had played players like the ex-number 1 Yevgeny Kafelnikov or British Andy Murray.

 

In 2015 the tournament added an ITF Women’s Pro Circuit draw, becoming a world event reference on it’s category.
